Payment Schedule Options

  • One-Time Early Bird Payment: $195 per adult, due by Nov 1, 2025

  • 2 Installments: Half due Nov 1, 2025, balance due Dec 1, 2025

  • 3 Installments: Payments due Nov 1, Dec 1, Jan 1 (divide total cost by 3)

  • 4 Installments: Payments due Nov 1, Dec 1, Jan 1, Feb 1 (divide total cost by 4)

 
Registration Cost Increases
After Feb 2, 2026: Adults $220, Children $125
After May 1, 2026: Adults $245 (must be paid in full), Children $125

Fee Exclusions
Registration fees do not include the $20 T-shirts, the $30 San Francisco bus tour transportation fee, hotel accommodations, or any optional onsite or offsite activities selected by attendees.

Reunion registration fees make the weekend possible by offsetting the cost of: 

  • Ballroom rental & setup

  • Gala dinner & entertainment

  • Audio/visual services

  • Thoughtfully curated swag bags

  • Printing of programs, signage & souvenirs

  • Decorations and hospitality items
